When I add my card information when booking an appointment, am I paying for my service?

No, your card is not charged when you book your appointment. I is only charged a cancellation fee if an appointment is not cancelled according to our cancellation policy.

 

If I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment, how would I do so?

With each appointment, you will recieve a confirmation email. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by going to your confirmation email and clicking “Reschecule appointment” or “Cancel appointment.”

 

How do I cancel an appointment without incurring a cancellation fee?

In order to avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to 6 hours before your service time.

 

Should I have product in my hair before my getting my hair cut?

For best results avoid having grease, gel, pomade or other products in your hair prior to your haircut.  Dry and clean hair that has been shampooed provides for a better haircut

Do I need an appointment to get a haircut?

Yes, to guarrantee recieving a service we suggest that you book an appointment. Sometimes we are able to service walk-ins between appointments but there are many times that we are unable to do so
